Unfortunately, my room's air-conditioning was not functioning during my stay, causing an uncomfortable heat. I found the reception staff unaccommodating when I requested the shuttle service for an earlier time. The hotel's location requires navigating several stairs, which proved challenging, especially while carrying baggage.

The hotel features stunning grounds, two beautiful pools, and a fantastic breakfast selection. The staff is exceptionally accommodating, helping with excursions and providing a friendly atmosphere throughout my stay.

Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity affected my ability to stay connected. The noise insulation between rooms was poor, making it difficult to enjoy restful nights.

I had a fantastic stay, largely due to the stunning views from my room and the delicious breakfast that included a wide variety of options. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when I requested a kettle for my room, which was provided promptly. The location allowed for a peaceful atmosphere while still being a short distance from the bustling port area, making it easy for me to explore. the room was a bit small for three people, which could be improved.

The Continental offers beautiful views and well-maintained gardens along with two pools, including a thermal pool. The staff is professional and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The dining experience features delicious Italian and Ischian dishes, with a varied continental breakfast. the hotel is situated just a short distance from Ischia Porto, accessible via a scenic walk or shuttle.

The hotel has many steps, which may challenge those with mobility issues.

Staying in a Double or Twin Room with Sea View was pretty nice. The views were stunning, and we loved the big terrace. The room was clean, and daily housekeeping kept it tidy. it felt a bit bare and could use some updating. The bed was firm, which I liked, but it’s right by the parking area, so early morning noise was a bit annoying. Still, the cozy vibe made up for it mostly!

The thermal pools were pure bliss, and the views across the bay were breathtaking. Plus, nice walking paths nearby for exploring.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend excursion in Ischia with good value. The staff were very helpful and gave great advice on local attractions. Make sure to check the shuttle schedule for convenient travel times around the island.
